Dates for the eastern Economic forum 2019 in primorye have been set

Fifth Eastern Economic Forum takes place on 4th-6th September 2019 at the platforms of the Far Eastern Federal University’s campus in Vladivostok.

  “The dates are determined in accordance with the international activities’ schedule”, -Roskongress informed.

«Over the years of its conduction, the forum has become a recognized international platform for the discussion of multilateral partnership in Asian-Pacific Region. Bringing together top politicians, businesspersons, scholars and experts from almost all APR’s countries on one platform under the umbrella of Eastern Economic Forum create an unique base for international cooperation. I’m sure, next year the anniversary forum will gather representative membership who are interested in Far East’s integration into Asian-Pacific Region’s economy», – Anton Kobyakov, the counsellor to the president of the Russian Federation, reported.

 We shall note that Eastern Economic Form was established by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin. 6000 delegates and 1300 media personnel from 60 foreign countries took participation in the Forum this year. The Heads of 4 States such as Russia, Mongolia, PRC and Japan as well as the Republic of Korea’s Prime Minister became the EEF’s horouned guests.

Fourth EEF broke records of the previous years also in the terms of investment volume under the signed agreements. Primorye on the margins of the Forum singed around 50 agreements and memorandums. The agreements for construction of the Regional Refinery, Proton Medicine Centre, wind-driven power installations on Popov Island, new dockyard, large poultry production unit and greenhouse complex, as well as others enterprises,  are among them.

The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin ratified a list of instructions at the EEF-2018. These are measures aimed toward the Far East’s an d separately Russky Island’s development.
